Scope and addressees of the offer

Qante Assist provides e-commerce services (consulting and execution) to businesses with their own online store, sole traders included, and, under the agency's own brand, to agencies in Germany, the European Union and Turkey.

• The offer is addressed exclusively to businesses: entrepreneurs within the meaning of section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal persons under public law and special funds under public law; under Turkish law, merchants, tradespeople and self-employed professionals. No contracts are concluded with consumers within the meaning of section 13 BGB or Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
• All prices are stated in euros and exclude statutory value added tax at the applicable rate. In Turkey, invoices are issued in Turkish lira indexed to the euro price.
• Our work on legal pages and new rules is technical setup and checking. It is not legal advice, not a legal service within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG) or the Turkish Attorneys' Act No. 1136, and not a warranty or guarantee of legal conformity. The legal assessment of an individual case remains a matter for the client's own legal counsel.
• No particular revenue or commercial result is owed or guaranteed.
• Media buying and the management of advertising accounts are not part of the services.
• Where services are delivered to agencies under the agency's own brand, Qante Assist does not act in its own name towards the agency's clients. The agency alone is the contracting party of those clients.
• The information on this website is not a binding offer. A contract is concluded only on the basis of an individual proposal and the Terms and conditions.

Information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Privacy policy. For persons in Turkey, the Notice under the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK) applies in addition.

Consumer dispute resolution

Notice under section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG): we are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. No link to that platform is therefore provided.

As the offer is open to businesses only, proceedings before Turkish consumer arbitration committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and consumer courts under Law No. 6502 do not apply to these services either.
