Getting started

I’m new to e‑commerce and don’t even have a store. Is that OK?

Yes. You know your product; we know this work. With no store yet, the review sets out what opening one takes, in order. Just tell us what you sell and where you want to sell it.

What do I get in the free review?

We look at your store and write down what is solid, what is missing and what should be done first. We also suggest the plan that fits, with its reasons and price. It arrives within 24 hours on working days; it is free, with no commitment.

Which platforms do you work on?

We work on ikas, Shopify, Shopware, Trendyol, Amazon, eBay and other common platforms. If yours isn’t on the list, we look at it in the review too.

Do I need a company?

No, a sole trader is fine. Your tax number is enough for the invoice.

How long does it take to open my store?

The review arrives within 24 hours on working days and sets out, in order, what the launch needs. Once you approve your plan and give us access, the first jobs are delivered within 10 working days. How long the whole launch takes depends on its size; your plan puts your jobs on a written schedule from the start.

What costs come with opening a store?

You pay any fees outside the plan’s monthly price directly to the provider: the platform subscription, the payment system’s commission, theme and app licences, a legal‑text subscription, e‑mail and SMS tools, and your ad budget. If you sell on a marketplace, its commissions and fees come on top. The amounts depend on the platform and provider you choose.

Plans

I don’t know which plan to choose.

You don’t need to. The free review looks at your store and recommends the plan that fits the size of the work, with its reasons.

Isn’t €299 a month a lot for me?

Next to your platform fee it can look like a lot. But this is not the price of software; it is the price of the people who do the work. The real question is who would do this work otherwise: your evenings, someone you hire, or someone different for every job.

Can I speed a job up?

Yes. If you pay monthly, you switch to the next plan. If you pay yearly, you move up only for the months you need. We tell you the difference first and wait for your approval.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. At the three‑month review we look at your plan together; if your store has grown or the work has shrunk, it changes with it.

Do unused calls carry over?

No. Calls, small changes and bulk updates start fresh each month.

What if a job is bigger than my plan?

It is spread over the next months; we write its schedule before we start. If you want it sooner, you move your plan up.

Can I use the tools you use?

You get first access to the tools we use. We don’t give dates for when each tool opens; we’ll write to you when it’s your turn.

Working together

How often do you look at my store?

Your e‑commerce manager checks your store every working day. You get a short summary every week and a one‑page report every month: what was done, what the numbers say, what comes next.

How does a job reach my store?

Our specialist checks every job first. We show you before anything goes live; the final say is yours.

Who do I talk to?

One person: your e‑commerce manager. We have calls when needed, up to the number your plan includes; your questions are answered within one working day.

When are the first jobs delivered?

Once you approve your plan and give us access, the first jobs are delivered within 10 working days. The jobs the review finds are spread over three months; the schedule is in writing from the start.

Will my sales go up?

Your product, your price and your ads decide sales, so we don’t promise them. We fix whatever stands in the way of a sale, and every month we show you, in numbers, what worked.

How can you do this at this price?

An experienced team does the same jobs every day and speeds up the repetitive parts with AI support. That is why the price can stay monthly and fixed. A person decides what gets done and whether the result is right; every job that reaches you is approved first by our specialist, then by you.

Will you run my ads as well?

No. Ads stay with your agency or with you. We give whoever runs them clean sales data and a tidy product list.

Which jobs don’t you do?

Not ours: ads and ad budgets; warehouse, shipping and customer messages; company setup, tax and legal advice; daily social posts and photo shoots. Whoever does these jobs gets everything they need from us, ready to use.

Access and security

How do you get into my store? Do you need my password?

Never your main password. You add a staff account for us in your store admin and can remove it at any time.

Does anything change in my store without my knowing?

No. We show you before anything goes live, and we agree high‑risk changes with you in advance. No work starts without your approval.

Do you see my customers’ data?

As far as the work requires, for example order data. Before such work starts, we sign a data processing agreement with you; we provide the template. We process this data only on your instructions.

What happens to access if I leave?

When the contract ends, we stop using the access you opened for us and delete the login details we were given; you remove our user from your dashboard yourself. Your store, accounts, content, plans and reports stay with you.

Billing and payment

Is VAT included?

No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added as your country requires.

How can I pay?

You pay for the plan upfront (yearly) or monthly; paying monthly, the minimum is 3 months. Instalments are available in Türkiye.

How do invoices and VAT work?

Prices exclude VAT. Businesses in Türkiye are invoiced in Turkish lira; the exchange‑rate basis is set out in your contract.

How do cancellation and renewal work?

If you leave in the first 30 days, the remaining months you paid upfront are refunded. Nothing renews automatically. If you leave, everything stays with you: your store, your accounts, your content, plans and reports.

What do I pay on top of the plan price?

We don’t run ads. You pay these directly to the provider: platform subscription, theme and app licences, legal‑text subscription, marketplace fees and commissions, e‑mail tool and SMS costs, ad budget.

Agencies

Which jobs do you do for our agency?

When a store doesn’t sell, the ads get the blame. We fix what sits behind them: sales tracking, product data, checkout and marketplaces. The ads stay with you.

Will my client see that we work with you?

We deliver work and reports without our name or brand; you pass them on under your own brand. Your client only meets us if you want them to. Our work together is confidential, and we don’t name your clients as references either.

Will you contact my client directly?

The client relationship stays with you; your client only meets us if you want them to. We neither offer nor sell ad services to your client, and this also applies after the contract ends.

How does pricing work for agencies?

From the Scale plan; 10% off from 5 stores, 15% off from 10 stores. You share the plan’s monthly allowances across your client stores; each agency has one contract and one invoice. You set the price for your client.

What if we change our minds as an agency?

If you leave in the first 30 days, the remaining months you paid upfront are refunded. The plan does not renew automatically. Delivered work and reports stay with you; your clients’ stores and accounts are in their own names anyway.
