Inside Sales Representative

The role

You go through the review with them, find the plan that fits the store and get the first month going. You speak Turkish with stores in Türkiye and English with stores in Europe.

What you will do

• You get back to stores that asked for a free review on the same working day and go through it with them.
• You suggest the plan that fits the store, write the offer and follow up until there is a decision.
• You keep calls, offers and next steps up to date in the CRM every day.
• You handle requests that come in through agencies and referrals.
• You bring the questions you hear most from store owners to the team and say what should change on the site or in the offer.

What you bring

• At least two years in B2B or subscription sales, and you are at ease on the phone and on video calls.
• You know e-commerce. Experience with platforms such as ikas, Shopify or Trendyol, or at an agency, is a plus.
• Native-level Turkish and good English. German is a plus.
• You like working with targets, conversion rates and follow-up lists.
• You write an offer e-mail so plainly that it is clear on the first read.

Who we are

Qante Assist does the work on online stores that sell in Türkiye and across Europe, everything except advertising, for a fixed monthly fee: store setup, adding products, Google, e‑mail, marketplaces and legal pages. Our head office is in Aalen, Germany. Our Istanbul office is in Beşiktaş.
