Key Account Manager

The role

You plan each month's work with them, go through the month-end report together and grow the work. For these customers you are their contact at Qante Assist.

What you will do

• You plan each month's work with large stores and agency customers and set the order of the jobs.
• You go through the month-end report with the customer and talk about the next month.
• You run renewal and expansion talks and spot new markets and channels (for example selling into Germany or a new marketplace).
• You set up how we serve our partner agencies' customers together and hold regular meetings with them.
• You bring the customer's voice to the delivery team and check that work arrives on time and as promised.

What you bring

• At least three years in key account management, customer success or on the agency side.
• You can explain how store setup, product pages, marketplaces and showing on Google work.
• Native-level Turkish and very good English. German is a big plus.
• You turn a report into the next step and explain it to the customer with numbers.
• You do not put off a difficult conversation.

Who we are

Qante Assist does the work on online stores that sell in Türkiye and across Europe, everything except advertising, for a fixed monthly fee: store setup, adding products, Google, e‑mail, marketplaces and legal pages. Our head office is in Aalen, Germany. Our Istanbul office is in Beşiktaş.
