What happens in the first 90 days
In short: The order of the first 90 days depends on what comes first for you: the first sale, the brand, or both in turn. There is no revenue figure here; we do not write a number without a source.

First sale first
- Start with a few products; every product page is complete.
- Test payment and shipping with a real test order.
- Record from day one which channel each order came through.
Brand first
- Logo, colours and photo style are settled before launch.
- The home page, the collections and the brand page speak the same language.
- The sales channels open once the brand look is complete.
If online is not your only channel
- Stock in the shop, in wholesale and online stays the same.
- Prices are the same on every channel, or the difference is stated clearly.
